What is Kintsugi?

Kintsugi, or Kintsukuroi, is the Japanese art of repairing broken objects with golden lacquer to make them more beautiful. But it's so much more than just a technique; it's a philosophy that invites us to embrace imperfections and see beauty in the broken.

How does it work?

Sand away the sharp edges of your shards, make a golden Kintsugi mixture with our premium glue and mica powder and mend every shard piece by piece. If pieces of the object are missing, epoxy modeling putty helps you to easily recreate these areas.
Each Kintsugi kit includes a detailed manual with instructions, tips and tricks, available in English, French, and German. The Spanish, Italian, and Dutch versions are available in digital format, via the QR code included in the kit.
