Handcrafted oval plate from stoneware - matte beige

Handcrafted from speckled beige stoneware, this oval plate is designed for serving coffee with a small treat, individual desserts, or small portions of food. Its versatile shape makes it suitable both as a coffee cup saucer and as a small serving platter.

The glaze is made in the POEMI workshop from ceramic mass scraps resulting from the production process and recovered wood ash. These materials give rise to a textured surface with a raw and organic appearance. Because the composition of the ash can vary naturally, the intensity and shades of the glaze differ from one batch to another. Thus, each piece acquires a unique and unrepeatable character.

The simple shape and balanced proportions highlight the artisanal character of the object and make it a versatile accessory for serving coffee, desserts, or snacks.
