Description

Handcrafted dish made from terracotta stoneware. It is suitable for baking bread, preparing a variety of oven-cooked dishes, or serving food at the table.

Organic glaze made from recycled ceramic and wood ash, giving each piece a natural and raw appearance. The color varies between off-white and brown tones, and the intensity and hue of the glaze may differ from one ash batch to another, ranging from a more whitish appearance to a warmer, deep brown one.

Note: As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in size (±5%), shape, colour, texture, and terrazzo pattern are part of the natural character of the product.

Care instructions:
- Wash before first use with warm water and a mild dishwashing detergent to remove any dust or residues from transport.
- Although stoneware is highly durable, we recommend handling each piece with care. Place items gently in the sink or dishwasher and avoid overcrowding to minimise the risk of chipping.
– If unglazed surfaces come into contact with strongly coloured sauces or foods, wash the piece promptly to help prevent staining.
- Take extra care when handling the dish after removing it from the oven, as it retains heat for an extended period. Always use oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves.
- Do not use the dish over an open flame or on any type of stovetop, including gas, induction, or electric hobs.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not place the cold dish directly into a preheated oven or set the hot dish on cold surfaces immediately after removing it from the oven. Do not pour refrigerated liquids into a hot dish.
- Let the vessel cool naturally before washing.
