Furthermore, SC ATELIERELE POEMI assumes no liability for any type of loss, such as: data loss, lost profits, inability to use the data on this website, or changes to data, prices, or the website’s structure made without prior notice.

The customer has the obligation to opt for the payment method chosen before placing the order, by ticking the appropriate option, according to the steps of placing the order.

The Seller shall issue to the Customer an invoice for the delivered products. In this regard, the Customer has the obligation to provide the Seller with all the information necessary for issuing the invoice, according to the legislation in force. The invoice will be communicated to the Customer printed in material format on the occasion of delivery of the ordered products.

10. DELIVERY POLICY

The products are delivered by the seller, directly to the buyer's home / address specified by him, only on the territory of Romania.

The transport is ensured by cargus courier company or another national courier company. The name of the courier company with which the delivery is made will be mentioned in the confirmation email of the delivery of the order.

The shipping fee is 20 RON, regardless of the order value.

The shipment of the order for the products in stock will be made within 48-72 hours from the order confirmation, by email. The order should reach you on the next business day from the date of confirmation of the shipment. This term may be modified by circumstances beyond our control, without exceeding a period of 10 business days, calculated from the date of taking over your order.

The order will be shipped in packaging that ensures transportation security.

Breakage or damage of the products during transportation will be notified to the Company within 24 hours of receipt of the order, and they will be replaced, free of charge, by the Company. Otherwise, they will no longer be eligible for return/exchange.

The shipping cost for the replacement of broken or damaged products during transport from the Company to the Client will be borne by the Company.

11. PROCEDURE FOR SOLVING COMPLAINTS

Products used or broken / damaged during their use, will not be eligible for return / exchange. Personalized products, crafted based on a special order are not eligible for return / exchange.
